		Complete interior/exterior conditionevaluation including a property report. Determine occupancy status and will contact occupants upon request.

Security
Lock Change – change locks with a master key
Lock Box Installation
Boarding – secure vacant properties in accordance with client’s interest
Pool Security – secure pools and provide appropriate fencing
Security inspections at regular intervals

Debris Removal/Trash Out
Interior and exterior abandoned property clean up and removal of debris.
